Today I was trying a new recipe for Valentine's day. It is chocolate sponge, filled with vanilla buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache. At the beginning thought it was not going to go well :) but luckily it was great :)
This is the first time I work with chocolate ganache and I loved it! I was trying different sprinkles.
And finally, not a cupcake picture but I couldn't resist. It was snowing in Dublin today :) So beautiful, all white :) I made a small snow man.
