This is my favourite time of the year! It is a combination of factors, good food, family and friends united for a laugh and a great time! This year it is very special for us as it is our 3er anniversary and we will be selling our cupcakes at Urban Market in the Docklands! This is one of my favourite celebrations of the year!! Be back to basics and have fun, and eat lots of candies!! This is without a doubt one of the best times in my childhood!! I wanted to do this collection since last year and finally I was able to finish it before the end of October LOL!! Enjoy!

Cake pops!

I have them in my mind since a long time ago, and finally I was able to make them!! Inspired by the tallented Bakerella, cake pops are little miniature cakes with cream cheese frosting dipped in chocolate!! mmm They are nice an easy to do.... Here some steps:

You can use whatever you have left of a cake, we need to crumble it (yes it sounds like not possible but it is part of the process) then add the cream cheese frosting, then do the balls and chilled them. Later deep them in chocolate and add favourite sprinkles!! and Voila!

Summer?

We have waited all year for this time to come and what happened? Where have all the cowboys I mean summer gone? ha ha ha it seems like the nice guys are either married or gay ha ha ha our Summer has decided not to show up this year :P oh well if you are still in Summer mode why you dont try our fresh summer flavours!! City Deal!

Paddy and I had the brilliant idea to do a City Deal last week. We have been thinking it for weeks and we thought, well if at least 50 or 100 buy the deal that will make us happy. What was our surprise we already had 800 sales before 11 am and counting.... the final number will not be disclosed but we are overwhelmed by the response! So far the production is going well, and we have been sleeping a few hours... but our mission is to complete this task and make happy people! Some people couldn't wait and they cancel it (2 so far) :( but who will blame them, if I see the photos of our cupcakes I will want to munch them inmediately!!
