My dream came true! Last year when I was in a book store I was looking for cupcakes books for inspiration and I found a beautiful book that it caught my attention "Pretty party cakes" by Peggy Porschen and I couldn't resist and I bought it. I really love all Peggy's ideas and wow her roses are out of this world!
A couple of weeks ago I saw in her website and she was giving a master class, of course I booked it ASAP. I was not sure if she was going to be the one that will give the course and what was my surprise when I rang the door Peggy herself was in the door with her big smile! Wow ! I went to her studio, all the beutiful handmade roses and the smell... heaven! She had also a nice table with loads of different cakes :) I eat so much and I had a great time.
We made little cakes that are called fondant fancies with butterflies!

ReplyDeleteI saw the Masterclass in her website. She has only 6-7 places per class. It is a very small group but it is fantastic. Why you don't try calling the office next time you want to order a cake :)
