Hello All :D

Loads of people is asking who are the brains in the Sweet cupcakes operation. Well, let me introduce the partners in crime of this delicious company.

Paddy: Since a little child he always had a sweet tooth, he likes Yorky bars (that are really only for men because I tried one and it was so sweet for me .... ), playing video games, watching Star Trek, feeding the ducks in the park near our place and of course he is in charge of testing our new flavours. He dislikes, washing the dishes, cucumbers, my vegeterian meals, tea and he doesn't drink or smoke (he is handy sometimes hi hi hi).

Mel: She loves cooking, baking, sunsets, bank holidays, travel, photography, belly dancing, Shakira's music, Strawberry shortcake dolls and Hello Kitty. Also, she enjoys the company of her friends, a good wine (ocassionally) and the movies. She dislikes, getting up early, diets, and that Paddy doesn't like cleaning dishes..... :D

Peanut lovers be aware!! New flavour

I love peanut butter since I was a little child. I remember when I was studying English all my text books always have a story of a peanut butter and jam sandwich.... and then one day my mom bought me one jar and the affair started.... mm mm

So to continue with my affair I have a created a delicious peanut butter frosting and a banana sponge. Wow... that it the only thing I can tell you. Patrick doesn't like peanut butter and he absolutely love it!!

We will have more on 02-May!

This weekend we had an army of mini cupcakes ready for your tummy! I love doing minis, they bake so quick and suddenly you have loads and loads of them... my theory is that they multiply like rabbits!! The advantages of minis (well in my opinion) is that they feel very light, so if you are on a diet you can just have one... close the box, 2 close the box, 3 close the box... (and make any more repetitions until the box is empty) and so on. Who said you don't burn calories with cupcakes? LOL

Well just to show the people that haven't visit us in the market this is our mini size cupcake. I wil post the big one just to compare.

We will be on holidays for two weeks but we will be back at Bloomfield on 02-May!! See you then and Happy Easter!
