City Deal!

Paddy and I had the brilliant idea to do a City Deal last week. We have been thinking it for weeks and we thought, well if at least 50 or 100 buy the deal that will make us happy. What was our surprise we already had 800 sales before 11 am and counting.... the final number will not be disclosed but we are overwhelmed by the response! So far the production is going well, and we have been sleeping a few hours... but our mission is to complete this task and make happy people! Some people couldn't wait and they cancel it (2 so far) :( but who will blame them, if I see the photos of our cupcakes I will want to munch them inmediately!!

Peggy Porschen!!

Last month I went to a course in London with the super talented Peggy Porshen at her new Academy. Unfortunately, Peggy didn't give the course (that was super SAD) but her team did the course so it was pretty good. I learned how to do mini cakes and I have to say it is super easy and fun!! This will be a new product we are developing and we hope to add it to our menu soon!!

St. Paddy's Day parade

Yesterday was a lovely day for a parade! No rain, mild weather... Global warming? Well :P it was goood though.

Valentine's is over.... St. Patrick's continues...

Wow we are so exhausted but happy!! We made 1300 cupcakes for ttn and we finally did our last delivery yesterday :P I went out to the mall and I noticed all the card shops have St. Paddy's display already! Is it me or the marketing is working sooner and sooner each celebration? ha ha ha Well, good that I have already thought about some flavours I want to try this year :D so in order to catch up with the world we will be selling our 20 Euro pack Paddy's theme starting next week until 18-March :)

It is all about love!!

Again that time of the year when the shops are full by hearts, chocolates and flowers ahhh love!! When I was thinking what for me is love I couldn't stop thinking about Pucca and Garu! She is so in love with him that does the most crazy stuff. I supposed that is one of the best things in life, fall in love and go crazy..... no? Happy New Year!!

Finally the new Year is here, so quick. I heard in the radio one month feels like a year and is so true. Well, we certainly had a lot of fun, but in December we had extra fun and stress with the snow!!

We made a fabulous new Cookie collection featuring Gingy!

We made a special Christmas photo shot with Hello Kitty and little presents!

And we created a very yummy gingerbread flavour!


Well, stay tunned because this year we will have more classes, more yummy flavours and loads of photos!!
